Mongko (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Fish Farm mobile application (the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of
personal data when you use our Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance
with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of data to provide and improve the Service:
- Device Information — device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (UDID), and mobile network information, used for account linking, save-data recovery, and analytics.
- Gameplay Data — game progress, virtual currency balances, fish/decor inventory, and settings preferences, stored locally and optionally synced to our server.
- Social / Platform ID — if you choose to link your Game Center or Google Play Games account, we store the platform identifier to enable cross-device data recovery.
- Chat Content — messages sent through the in-game chat feature are transmitted through our chat service.
- Purchase History — records of in-app purchases (IAP) and ad-reward claims for receipt validation and restore-purchase functionality.
- Crash & Performance Data — via Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics, to identify bugs and improve stability.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To save and sync your game progress across devices
- To validate in-app purchases and restore them when requested
- To deliver and optimize advertisements (AdMob)
- To send push notifications (configurable in Settings)
- To analyze usage patterns and crash reports (Firebase)
- To facilitate in-game chat functionality
- To prevent fraud and cheating (anti-cheat verification)
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party services solely for the purposes described.
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data.
- Google AdMob — serves in-app advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data for ad personalization and measurement.
Google Privacy Policy - Google Firebase — provides analytics and crash reporting. Firebase collects device information, app usage data, and crash stacks.
Google Privacy Policy - Unity IAP — processes in-app purchases. Unity receives purchase tokens and transaction metadata for validation.
Unity Privacy Policy - Apple Game Center / Google Play Games — optional account linking services. These platforms may share your player ID with us if you authenticate.

4. Advertising & Ad Tracking
Our Service displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use the
advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) and other device signals
to serve personalized or contextual ads.
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → “Opt out of Ads Personalization”
In-app: You may purchase the “Remove Ads” in-app purchase to disable all advertisements in the Service.
5. In-App Purchases
The Service offers virtual currency and item purchases, as well as a “Remove Ads”
non-consumable purchase (com.mongko.fishtank.removeads). All transactions are
processed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are
subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not collect or store your
payment card details.
6. Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications for game events, reminders,
and promotional content. You can disable notifications at any time through your
device Settings or within the in-game Settings panel.
7. Data Retention & Security
Gameplay data is stored locally on your device and, if you choose to link your
account, synced to our servers. We retain server data for as long as your account
remains active. Inactive accounts may be purged after 12 months.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encrypted
network transport and anti-tamper protection to safeguard your data. However, no
method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect
personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age
threshold in your region). If we become aware that a child has provided us with
personal data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their
child has shared personal data with us should contact us immediately.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing)
